Meanwhile, a new paradigm in supply chain management of goods puts retailers in a point / chain in the distribution channel / supply of goods together with the suppliers to be part of the overall process flow of the supply of goods from upstream to downstream. This new paradigm requires a common perception among suppliers by retailers in looking at needs and customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal of the process.
