Manufacturing Challenges in Indonesia

Condition of Indonesian Manufacturing Industry: It could be said when the condition of manufacturing industries Indonesia is currently experiencing growth and significant progress. This can happen because of the intention and determination is so high from the experts working in this field. Starting from government, academia, and other parties and the business person in this field who will devote his thoughts to the advancement of manufacturing and Indonesia.

This can be proved by further increasing the number of manufacturing industries that operate in various places in Indonesia. Whether it's from foreign companies who want to invest in Indonesia, or Indonesian business people themselves who are interested to jump in business or manufacturing businesses. They are there to open a new business, but some are expanding and developing its business by opening a branch or place of production in other areas.

Although much has been established and able to operate independently, the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is still experiencing couple of obstacles. This is a challenge to all parties who have links directly or indirectly by this manufacturing business.

Challenges and Constraints
The challenges and constraints that must be faced by the manufacturing industry are some of them are:

1. Human Resources
It must be recognized when the HR of the Indonesian nation to develop manufkatur industry is still very limited. Both of the uppermost level to the level of implementation or the operator. 2. Marketing

3. The quality of the production
Although already in accordance with established standards, but sometimes the quality of the production of Indonesia's manufacturing industry is still inferior compared with production from other states. Thus, the sale value and competitiveness that have also become weak. As a result, the market is so excited about receiving the results of our production. This is certainly related to HR as mentioned above.

4. Government regulation
What is meant by regulation in this case means all matters relating to legislation to regulate the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Because of all this business actors in this field have not had legal protection and the guarantee of adequate in order to feel comfortable in running the business. Starting from the tax system, restribusi, licenses, agreements with labor and others.

All of this is the duty of the government and relevant parties to resolve it, so that manufacturing industry in Indonesia could be developed rapidly and had a role in nation-building aimed at the welfare of all people.
