Understanding of retail in general is often interpreted wrong by the community. Many people assume the supermarket or a hypermarket, a retail when they hear the word mentioned. In fact, this understanding is wrong because it is basically the retail has a broader meaning.

According to the dictionary, the definition of retailing is the sale of goods or services to the community. Thus, from this sense shows that retail activity is not just selling real goods to consumers. However, the activity of providing services, may also be called as part of retail activity.

In the midst of advanced age, as now, there are two types of retail businesses are thriving. Opportunities are used from both types of retail this is through the development of information technology, and by utilizing the momentum of free trade. Both types of retail are:

1. E-Marketing

2. Mini Retail
